Lenovo Legion C700— Tech giant Lenovo is going to add a new lightweight cloud gaming and streaming device to its portfolio. The company has released an official teaser confirming that the upcoming handheld device Legion C700 will be officially unveiled on August 25. Handheld gaming consoles typically run heavy games on internal storage, but the Legion C700 is specifically designed for cloud play and high-speed streaming.

Legion C700: Tencent STARTS cloud support and 10ms latency
According to Lenovo's teaser, the Legion C700 gaming pad will support Tencent START cloud gaming platform. The device can play heavy A-grade (AAA) titles like Black Myth: Wukong smoothly at 60 FPS. The most important thing is that its end-to-end RTT (Round-Trip Time) latency will be less than 10ms, due to which users will get real-time gaming experience without any lag.
Display, design and hardware specifications
Legion C700 has been designed with portable and ergonomic design. Its main features are as follows:
- Display: 7.82-inch IPS LCD screen, which supports 120Hz refresh rate.
- Dimensions and Weight: The total weight of the device is 556 grams and its thickness is kept at 14.9mm.
- Controls: TMR sensor joystick and Hall-effect linear triggers are provided for precise inputs.
- Button Setup: It has an omnidirectional D-Pad, two shoulder buttons and two customizable buttons on the back panel.
In-house streaming software and custom management center
Lenovo has also developed its own in-house streaming software for this handheld device. In this, users get one-click streaming as well as offline and high-speed streaming modes. Additionally, the device comes with a custom management center that allows real-time performance monitoring. With the help of its widgets, gamers can easily tune fan speed, screen settings, stick sensitivity and button mapping.

The company has not yet disclosed the processor/chipset used in Legion C700 and its official price. All its specifications, availability and price will be revealed in the launch event to be held on August 25.
