MI VS LSG: The 47th match of IPL 2026 is being played between Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants. In this match being played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai team has decided to bowl after winning the toss. Where, the Lucknow team, which came to bat first, had scored 90 runs in the power play itself. After that the team put 28 runs on the board at the loss of 5 wickets and gave a target of 229 runs to Mumbai Indians.

Nicholas Puran made fifty in 16 balls

Lucknow Super Giants gave the target of 229 runs

After scoring 90 runs in the power play, Lucknow Super Giants’ innings slowed down in the middle and Mumbai Indians made a comeback by taking wickets. Nicholas Puran played the biggest innings of 63 runs for Lucknow. Apart from him, Mitchell Marsh scored 44 runs. Rishabh Pant was out after scoring 15 runs in 10 balls.

So debutant Akshat Raghuvanshi returned to the pavilion after scoring 11 runs on 7 balls. In the end, Aiden Markram and Himmat Singh made a partnership of 68 runs for the 5th wicket. From one end, Markram returned unbeaten after scoring 31 runs on 25 balls. So, from the other end, Himmat returned unbeaten after scoring 40 runs on 31 balls.

Mumbai Indians’ bowling looked ineffective

Suryakumar Yadav, captaining Mumbai Indians, used 6 bowlers, who together took 5 wickets. Corbin Bosch got 2 wickets. So, Ghazanfar, Will Jacques and Raghu Sharma got 1 wicket each. Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah could not take even a single wicket in this match.
