Bollywood’s dhak-dhak diva Madhuri Dixit is set to debut as the host of the Marathi game show ‘Kon Honar Crorepati’. Known for her charismatic persona and touted among the best dancers in Bollywood, Madhuri has won the hearts of moviegoers for decades and is now all set to make an impact on TV.
Needless to say, Madhuri hosting ‘Kon Honar Crorepati’ will be compared to OG star Amitabh Bachchan, who has given years to the iconic game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. To promote her show, Madhuri took the hot seat on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ with Amitabh Bachchan.
The channel has shared the promo of the same, and fans can’t get their eyes off the camaraderie and banter between Amitabh Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit.
Speaking about her return to the ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ hot seat, Madhuri Dixit shared, “There is a certain warmth in meeting Amitabh Sir on the KBC stage that is difficult to put into words. I have been a part of this journey as a guest before, and coming back now with Kon Honar Crorepati makes the moment even more special.”
“What stayed with me most was how naturally that familiar camaraderie came back. At the same time, I could feel that I was stepping into something completely new.”
Adding to this, Madhuri said, “Kon Honar Crorepati is my first journey as a game show host, and the fact that it is in Marathi makes it even closer to me. I am looking forward to meeting people through their stories, their dreams and, of course, their love for the game.”

During a special appearance for Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday week episode on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 18’, Madhuri, who is also the host of the Marathi version, ‘Kon Honar Crorepati’, joined the show as a contestant.
When Amitabh Bachchan plays music at her request, Madhuri gracefully performs the mudras and expressions to the famous ‘Devdas’ song “Kahe Chhed Mohe” right from her chair. Dressed in a stunning outfit, her elegant hand gestures and timeless expressions completely mesmerise both the audience and host Amitabh Bachchan, who praises her performance with applause and cheers.
