Automobile Desk – Mahindra The company has launched it in the market with the name XUV 3XO REVX Edge. The starting ex-showroom price of this new edition has been fixed at ₹ 9.39 lakh. Along with this, keeping in mind the convenience of the customers, Mahindra has also given the option of petrol automatic in its existing REVX M(O) variant, due to which the buyers looking for an automatic vehicle in the budget of Rs 10 lakh have got a great option.
Mahindra's main objective through this new edition is to provide those features at a lower price which are usually seen only in expensive or top variants. Ex-showroom prices for the REVX Edge (O) variant start at ₹9.89 lakh. This is the first time in this segment that a major feature like panoramic sunroof is being provided in a variant with a budget of less than Rs 10 lakh.
If we talk about cabin and technology, the XUV 3XO REVX Edge has a large 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and wired Apple CarPlay. Apart from this, to make long distance journeys comfortable, cruise control, leatherette seats and rear-view camera to help in parking have been provided.
At the same time, its REVX Edge (O) edition adds high-end features like panoramic sunroof as well as roof rails, electrically foldable exterior mirrors, passive keyless entry, rain-sensing wipers with push-button start/stop and automatic headlights. The company has not made any compromise even in the matter of security. The vehicle comes with standard features like 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ISOFIX child seat anchors for child safety, reverse parking sensors, 3-point seatbelts for all occupants and seat-belt reminder.
Talking about powertrain and performance, this vehicle has two engine options. The first is a 1.2-litre mStallion turbo-petrol engine and the second is a 1.5-litre CRDe turbo-diesel engine. The petrol variant has the option of both 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox, while the diesel variant has the option of 6-speed manual and automated manual transmission (AMT).

REVX Edge Diesel Manual: ₹10.59 Lakh
The petrol manual variant of REVX Edge (O) has been priced at ₹ 9.89 lakh, while its petrol automatic model will be available for ₹ 11.09 lakh and the diesel automatic variant will be available for ₹ 11.91 lakh. Apart from this, the price of petrol REVX M(O) automatic has been fixed at ₹ 9.99 lakh.
This new variant will be seen on Indian roads in five different color options, which include Everest White, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Nebula Blue and Galaxy Grey.
