  • Sabudana: 1 cup (soaked)
  • Boiled potatoes: 2 (mashed)
  • Roasted peanut powder: 3-4 teaspoons
  • Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped, as per taste)
  • Green coriander: 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
  • Rock salt or plain salt: as per taste
  • Black pepper powder: ½ tsp
  • Dry mango powder or lemon juice: ½ tsp
  • Oil/Ghee: For cooking or shallow frying
