Material
- Vegetables: 3 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 1 small beetroot.

- 3 tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chillies.

step 1: Add potatoes, cabbage, peas and beetroot in a cooker, add some water and salt and cook for 3-4 whistles. After cooking, mash them well with a masher.
Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons butter and a little oil in a large kadhai or pan. Add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry until it turns golden. Now add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add tomato puree, Kashmiri red chilli, turmeric and pav bhaji masala in the pan. Fry the spices until the butter starts separating from the sides.
Step 4: Now add mashed vegetables to this masala. Add some water to adjust the consistency of the bhaji and let it cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. Add some more butter, lemon juice and green coriander on top and mix.
