Man dies after falling from tree while extracting toddy

A 55-year-old man died in a tragic accident on Wednesday afternoon in Bulaki Bigha Dumra village of Dhanrua police station area. According to the information, the deceased has been identified as Bihari Chaudhary alias Budhai Chaudhary, father Girdhari Chaudhary, resident Bulaki Bigha.

It is said that Bihari Chaudhary had gone to extract toddy by climbing a palm tree as usual. During this time suddenly his hand slipped and he fell down from the height. Due to the hard surface (casting) under the tree, he suffered a serious head injury, due to which he died on the spot.

As soon as information about the incident was received, nearby people reached the spot, but by then he had lost his life. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the village after the accident. The family members are in bad condition and crying.

The deceased was the only earning member of his family and the entire family was supported by him. After this incident, a mountain of sorrow has fallen on the family.
