Maruti Brezza tension increases, Tata Nexon Camo Edition launched, powerful look available for 9.99 lakh

Tata Nexon Launch: Competition in the Indian compact SUV segment is steadily intensifying. While Maruti Suzuki recently introduced the new Brezza, Tata Motors has now made the competition more interesting by launching its famous SUV, the Tata Nexon Camo Edition. The company has kept its starting ex-showroom price at Rs. 9.99 lakh. Let us tell you that not only the exterior design has been changed in the new edition, but many premium and modern features have also been added to the cabin. Due to which it is believed that this model can attract a lot of customers buying feature-loaded SUVs during the festive season.

The new camo look will give a distinct identity

Talking about the Tata Nexon Camo Edition, it has been introduced in two new exclusive colour options namely Munnar Mist and Coorg Cloud. Munnar Mist comes in a dark green shade which gives a different colour feel depending on the light, while Coorg Cloud is available in a premium metallic grey-silver finish. To differentiate the SUV from the standard model, Camo badging has been given on the front fender. Inside the cabin, special camo-themed perforations on the headrests of the front seats give it a more premium and sporty look.

From a 12.3-inch touchscreen to ADAS, it’s packed with features.

The new Nexon Camo Edition features a 12.3-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment system. It also features a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster with built-in navigation. For safety, the SUV includes several premium features, including a 360-degree camera, an integrated dashcam, up to 256GB of storage, impact-event protection, Level-1 ADAS, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and a 9-speaker JBL audio system.

Petrol, Diesel and iCNG three engine options

For details, Tata has offered customers a choice of 1.2-liter turbo petrol, 1.5-liter turbo diesel, and 1.2-liter turbo iCNG engines for this special edition. The SUV will be available with a 6-speed manual, AMT, and 7-speed DCA automatic gearboxes. The top trim is priced at ₹13.94 lakh (ex-showroom).

Analysts believe the Nexon Camo Edition, with its attractive design, 5-star safety rating, and advanced features, could give it a tough competition to rivals like the Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Kia Sonet. Especially, its starting price of ₹9.99 lakh makes it a strong choice for the festive season.
