Mathura: The girl, who lost her way near the Yamuna Expressway and reached a distressed condition, was safely recovered by the Mission Shakti team of Naujheel police station and handed over to her family. The family thanked the police for finding the girl safe.

According to the police, the mobile team of Mission Shakti was patrolling the area on Monday. Meanwhile, a girl was seen wandering alone in a distressed condition around the Yamuna Expressway. When the female policemen talked to her and took information, the girl told that she works in Noida. She had left home to meet an acquaintance, but the meeting could not take place. After this, due to losing her way, she reached near the expressway.
Counseling and contact with family members
The Mission Shakti team took the girl to the Mission Shakti Center located at the police station. Here the female policemen counseled her and collected information about her family. Based on the information received from the girl, the police contacted her family and informed them about the matter. After the arrival of the family members, the police completed the necessary procedure and handed over the girl to them safely. Local people also appreciated the police for reaching the girl's family safely due to the promptness of the Mission Shakti team.
