Matt Reeves has excited fans as he shared a new poster for The Batman Part II.
The DC director shared an intriguing photo of Robert Pattinson’s caped crusader.
The new look featured the superhero standing amid a dark backdrop featuring a dull sunset. Matt wrote in the caption, “Happy Batman Day to everyone from London.”
Internet is quite impressed with the visuals Reeves have displayed this time as they are especially asking, “Is the film out process used on the first film coming back? The extra layer of texture was beautiful.”
The filmmaker took a moment from his precious time to respond to the loving fan.
Reeves explained, “Because the level of precision and control over the image you have shooting digitally is indispensable. You know exactly what you are getting.”
The director claimed that choice of lenses to shoot a film is very important as it allows to bring out a more organic look.
Matt told a fan on X, “The film out process and choice of lenses allows you to bring a more organic, analogue quality back to what you’ve shot. A beautiful and carefully developed imperfection.”
The Batman Part II is slated to release theatrically on February 18, 2028. The film will reunite Robert along with Andy Serkis, Jeffery Wright and Colin Farrell.
