Meerut Murder Case: A sensational incident has come to light from Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, which has shocked the entire area. As the police investigation is progressing in the famous ‘Snake Murder’ case of Hastinapur police station area, very shocking revelations are emerging. It has become clear in the police investigation that this was not the first attempt to remove Atul Panwar from the way. Even before this, the accused had cleverly tried to take his life, but luck had favored Atul at that time. When the first bloody conspiracy failed, the accused chose such a gruesome way of death that everyone was stunned.

The first conspiracy failed due to accident

During police interrogation and investigation, it has come to light that about 20 days ago, Atul Panwar was going for some work on his bike. Meanwhile, school driver Tushar hit Atul’s bike hard with his Ertiga car. This was not an ordinary road accident, but the first attempt to kill Atul. The collision was so severe that the bike could have been blown apart, but Atul was wearing a helmet at that time. This helmet became the biggest shield of his life and he survived despite being seriously injured. After this failed attempt, when Atul asked his wife Damini to file a police case against the unknown vehicle, Damini hushes up the matter. He said that he did not know the number of the vehicle, so there would be no use in complaining to the police.

Revenge method of conspiracy and snake attack

When the plan to kill by causing an accident with a car failed, the accused prepared a new and vicious plan. He was looking for a way by which Atul would die and no one would even suspect murder. After this, the accused took the help of poisonous snake to remove Atul from the way. On Thursday night, Damini gave milk to her husband Atul to drink, in which a large quantity of sleeping pills were already mixed. After drinking milk, Atul fell into deep sleep. When the accused were sure that Atul could no longer regain consciousness, they left a poisonous snake inside Atul’s bed and sheet. Due to being in deep sleep, Atul could not even move and he died in agony due to snake bite.

The secret was revealed after reaching the hospital in the morning.

Next morning, Damini reached the hospital with her husband Atul, doing a very normal drama. She told the doctors that her husband had been bitten by a poisonous snake while sleeping at night. Doctors declared Atul dead after investigation. When the police received information about this incident, the police team reached the spot to investigate. During the search, the police also found that snake in the bed itself. At first glance, the case seemed to be completely of snake bite, but the police officers found the circumstances of the incident and the behavior of the snake somewhat strange. From here the police became suspicious and the direction of the investigation completely changed.

Mobile phone and digital evidence revealed the secret

On the basis of suspicion, the police started investigation by taking possession of the mobile phones of Damini and school driver Tushar. When the help of call details and technical surveillance was taken, continuous conversations between the two were revealed. The biggest evidence was found from Tushar’s mobile, in which there was a photo of a snake kept in a box. Upon strict questioning, Tushar broke down and confessed that he had bought this snake by paying money from two snake charmers. According to the police, Atul and Damini had a love marriage in the year 2019 and both used to run a public school together. During this time, Damini became close to the school driver Tushar. Along with this, there was also a life insurance worth about Rs 20 lakh in the name of Atul, to grab which this entire incident was carried out.

Meerut SSP Avinash Pandey said that this case seemed suspicious from the initial investigation itself. After analyzing mobile phone data, call details and interrogating the accused, the entire story of this double attempted murder became clear. Police have arrested four people including Damini, Tushar in this case. The snake used in the incident and all electronic evidence have been sent to the forensic lab and further legal action is being taken.
