Meey Global plans to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “Meey.”

The proposed offering remains subject to market and other conditions, including the registration statement becoming effective. The company said there is no assurance as to whether or when the offering will begin or be completed.

ARC Group Securities LLC is the sole book-running manager for the proposed IPO.

The registration statement has not yet become effective, meaning the shares cannot be sold and offers to buy cannot be accepted until it takes effect. Any offering will be made through a prospectus forming part of the registration statement.

Meey Global primarily operates through Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company, a Vietnam-based property technology company founded in 2019.

Meey Land develops digital real estate platforms and data intelligence services aimed at addressing fragmented information, limited transparency, valuation inaccuracies, operational inefficiencies and low digitalization in Vietnam’s property market.

The company said its platforms combine technology and data to support various activities in Vietnam’s real estate market.
