A total of 744 houses have been divided into two main groups in this draw. In this, 332 flats are available under MHADA’s own housing scheme. Application schedule and deadline

MHADA has released the complete schedule for this draw and applicants have been given a deadline for online registration and payment of deposit amount (EMD). The last date for submission of online application and payment of deposit is fixed as 20 August 2026 (up to 11:59 PM). Applicants who wish to pay directly from the bank through RTGS or NEFT will have a deadline of 21st August 2026 till bank office hours.
