Rahul Gandhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has targeted the BJP government over the lamp lighting campaign on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi on Sunday participated in the ‘Students’ Echo’ program organized in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where a student expressed her views regarding the problem of hostels and accommodation.
Rahul Gandhi raised questions on the government while referring to the student’s question on social media platform X.
Issue of hostel and security of girl students raised
Rahul Gandhi said that a student asked him that the government has money for lighting lamps, but why it does not have money for hostels for girl students, he said that many girl students coming from villages to the city for studies do not get the facility of hostel, due to which they have to stay in PG, he said that lakhs of rupees are spent to stay safe and it becomes difficult to study amidst the worry of rent.
Questions raised regarding housing allowance also
Rahul Gandhi said that many girl students leave their studies only due to lack of proper living arrangements, he also raised questions about housing allowance and said that it does not increase with inflation and the problem of corruption also comes to the fore, he asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to answer the question of the student.
Told the youth about the future of the country
Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi also talked about the role of students in the program. He said that youth are the future of the country and without them no country can become strong. He said that the biggest characteristic of students is asking questions. Students are curious and try to understand different subjects.
