With the NII and retail quotas oversubscribed, institutional demand remains the key segment to watch on the final day of bidding.
The NII and retail portions were subscribed 15.41X and 5.18X, respectively, while the QIB portion was subscribed 0.25X.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led demand, subscribing to their allotted quota 15.41X with bids for 77.41 Cr shares against 5.02 Cr shares on offer.
Within the NII category, the portion for bids exceeding ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 14.33X, while the segment for bids above ₹2 Lakh and up to ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 17.57X.
The retail portion was subscribed 5.18X, receiving bids for 60.74 Cr shares against 11.72 Cr shares on offer.
Meanwhile, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed to 0.25X of their allotted quota, placing bids for 1.66 Cr shares against 6.51 Cr shares on offer.

Digital lender Moneyview’s ₹1,092 Cr IPO was subscribed 3.55X by 13:15 IST on the second day of bidding. The public issue received bids for 82.65 Cr shares against 23.25 Cr shares on offer, according to BSE data.
Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led the demand, placing bids for 39.01 Cr shares against the 5.02 Cr shares reserved for them, translating into a subscription of 7.77X.
Within the category, the portion reserved for investors bidding between ₹2 Lakh and ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 10.08X. Meanwhile, the portion for bids exceeding ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 6.61X.
Retail investors subscribed to their quota 3.67X, placing bids for 43.02 Cr shares against the 11.72 Cr shares reserved for them.
The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion received bids for 61.45 Lakh shares against the 6.51 Cr shares reserved for the category, translating into a subscription of 0.09X.
The issue ended the first day of bidding with a subscription of 1.44X.
Moneyview has fixed the IPO price band at ₹32-₹34 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the IPO values the company at around ₹5,985 Cr ($624 Mn).
The public issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 Cr and an OFS of up to 10.05 Cr shares, amounting to around ₹341.7 Cr at the upper end of the price band.
The IPO will close on September 28 (Monday), while the company’s shares are scheduled to list on the stock exchanges on October 1 (Thursday).
Ahead of the IPO, Moneyview raised ₹327.5 Cr from anchor investors by allotting 9.63 Cr equity shares at ₹34 apiece. Seven domestic mutual funds subscribed to 6.96 Cr shares worth around ₹236.7 Cr. Other anchor investors included Goldman Sachs, Amundi Funds, 360 ONE, HDFC Life Insurance Company, and India Acorn Fund.
Cofounders and promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, along with investors such as Accel, Tiger Global Management, Ribbit Capital, and DI Investment, are selling shares through the OFS.
Moneyview intends to use ₹325 Cr of the fresh issue proceeds to support loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements. Another ₹250 Cr will be infused into its NBFC subsidiary Whizdm Finance to augment its capital base, while the remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The lending tech company offers personal loans, payments, investments, and insurance through its digital platform.
On the financial front, Moneyview’s consolidated net profit jumped 2.6X to ₹173.8 Cr in Q1 FY27 from ₹67.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Its operating revenue rose 50.2% to ₹1,041.1 Cr from ₹693 Cr during the period.
For FY26, Moneyview’s operating revenue grew to ₹3,351.2 Cr from ₹2,339.1 Cr in FY25. Its consolidated profit increased marginally to ₹242.7 Cr from ₹240.3 Cr due to exceptional losses of ₹206.7 Cr.
