The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of heavy rain in many districts of Kerala. Orange alert has been declared in some areas and yellow alert in many districts. There is a possibility of lightning, strong winds and heavy rain in the next few days. The reason for this is being said to be the cyclonic circulation and low pressure area formed around southern coastal Andhra Pradesh.

When will monsoon reach UP-Bihar?

Moving from Kerala, the monsoon gradually enters other parts of the country. According to the estimates of the Meteorological Department, monsoon may reach Uttar Pradesh around June 15. Whereas in Bihar it is likely to arrive by June 20. After the arrival of monsoon in these states, the temperature is expected to drop and there will be relief from the heat.

When will it rain in Delhi-NCR?

The effect of extreme heat is being seen most in Delhi and surrounding areas at this time. Here people are now just waiting for the rain. According to estimates, monsoon may reach Delhi-NCR by June 25, after which a major change will be seen in the weather.
