After 2-3 days, Neeta gets a phone call, Dhirubhai was on the phone, he asked if I can talk to Neeta, he said why are you joking, and hung up the phone.

Then the phone rang but Neeta said angrily that if you are Dhirubhai Ambani then I am Elizabeth Taylor. I was studying, my exams were going on. This will be a prank call. But again the phone rang and this time Neeta’s father picked up the phone and his expression changed. He asked Neeta to please talk, and talk nicely. Then he spoke but he was not able to understand what to say, he said Good Evening Uncle, then the sequence started and he called Neeta to his office. Neeta did not know what was happening, she told her friends that she was going to meet Dhirubhai, then she reached his office the next day.
When Neeta was scared
Neeta told that there was talk of world level there. Considering what is happening in Argentina and Japan, he asked whether there will be a future for India. That Neeta was not understanding anything and was eating the chocolate kept nearby. Then he said, my son Mukesh, would you like to meet him? Then Neeta got scared. Then Mukesh told that on one hand his father Dhirubhai was convincing him and on the other hand Neeta was convincing him. He told that your mother has found someone. Who can share our values. You meet him.
How Mukesh proposed to Neeta
Not only this, Mukesh Ambani had proposed Neeta for marriage by stopping the car between the traffic signals on Peddar Road in Mumbai. Horns started blowing from behind and Mukesh refused to move the car until Neeta said ‘yes’. Before saying yes to marriage, Neeta had put a condition that even after marriage, she would be allowed to teach in school, which was accepted by Mukesh Ambani.
