Nepal Floods: The flood in Nepal has caused great devastation. The number of deaths in this sudden flood is continuously increasing. So far 781 people have died in Nepal. At the same time, efforts are continuing to rescue the people buried under the debris. The rescue team is continuously carrying out operations.

The biggest thing is that almost five days have passed since the severe flood. All efforts are underway to search for the missing people. Families are visiting hospitals in Kathmandu in the hope of getting any news or clues about their loved ones. Relatives of those missing continued to search for them Sunday, hoping to find someone alive or get information about their whereabouts.

Relief and rescue operations are continuing after the massive floods and landslides in Nepal. The biggest challenge is to rescue the employees and engineers trapped in the tunnel of the Upper Trishuli-3A Hydroelectric Project. Rescue teams are drilling, digging and controlled blasting to access the tunnel. According to the Nepali Army, the rescue team managed to reach the main part of the tunnel on Sunday.

149 Indians rescued till 5:30 pm today
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said in a post on social media that, '149 Indian citizens have been rescued in Nepal till 5:30 pm today, August 30'. He has also shared the names of all 149 Indians in the post.
