Patna. There is good news for the youth looking for jobs in Bihar. District level job fairs will be organized in November by the Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department and Directorate of Planning and Training of the State Government. Under this initiative, candidates from 9 districts can get an opportunity to get jobs in private companies.
Planning-cum-Vocational Guidance Fair-2026 will be organized from 2 to 6 November. Youth having both technical and non-technical educational qualifications will be able to participate in it. The department has completed preparations for the event.
On which day will the fair be held in which district?
The program of the employment fair is proposed as follows:
November 2: Buxar and Gopalganj
3 November: Jehanabad and Saran (Chhapra)
4 November: Siwan and Kaimur (Bhabhua)
5 November: Nalanda
6 November: Araria and Patna
The fair will be organized from 10:30 am to 4 pm. Here private sector companies can contact eligible candidates.
Registration is necessary for employment fair
Candidates wishing to participate in this event will have to register in advance on the department's portal detjob.bihar.gov.in. For the youth who have not registered online, registration facility has also been provided at the venue. Candidates have been advised to bring their educational certificates and other important documents with them. This will ease the application and selection process.
