New District Magistrate Isha Priya took charge in the district
Ambedkarnagar.
Today in the district, Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Isha Priya formally took charge as the District Magistrate in the double lock of the Collectorate’s treasury. The new District Magistrate was honored with a Guard of Honor on his arrival at the Collectorate.
During this, Chief Development Officer Anand Kumar Shukla, Additional District Magistrate Gana and other officials gave a grand welcome by giving them a flower bunch. After assuming charge, he got introduced to the officers in his office room and took other necessary information.

The new District Magistrate said that his priority will be to follow the instructions of the Honorable Chief Minister in letter and spirit and to ensure transparent, accountable and people-centric administration as per the intention of the government. He said that special emphasis will be laid on maintaining strong law and order, quick and quality solution to the problems of the common people, expediting the revenue works and delivering the public welfare schemes of the Central and State Government to the eligible beneficiaries in a time bound manner.
On the occasion of taking charge, Chief Development Officer Anand Kumar Shukla, Additional District Magistrate V/R Jyotsna Bandhu, Additional District Magistrate Judicial Ranjit Singh, Senior Treasury Officer, all Sub-District Magistrates and senior officers of various departments were present.
