Pune. Now his father Vishal Agarwal has raised serious questions in the case of death of real estate businessman Ketan Agarwal in Lohgarh Fort. He claims that he still suspects that Ketan's fiancee Siya Goyal's father, mother, brother, uncle and aunt may also be involved in the alleged murder conspiracy. However, he clarified that he will be able to express his views in detail in this regard only after reading the charge sheet.
Vishal Aggarwal said that he has approached the court to get a copy of the charge sheet filed in the case. He says that answers to many questions will become clear after seeing the documents. He has demanded strictest punishment against those responsible for his son's death. Besides, he has also demanded to provide notification regarding appointment of senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam as special government lawyer.
Demand for hearing in fast track court
According to Ketan's father, he had already demanded Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to get the case heard in a fast track court. He says that he has not yet received any clear answer from the government regarding this demand and the appointment of a special government lawyer. He has again said that he will demand to issue the related notification.
Pune Rural Police has filed a charge sheet of more than 5,000 pages against Siya Goyal, Chetan Choudhary and Ritesh Hange in the case. Police allege that a fake Instagram account with the name 'Mahi' was used to take Ketan to Lohgarh Fort. According to the police, Ketan was allegedly pushed off a rock at the fort on June 18, following which he died. All three accused are currently in judicial custody.
Vishal Aggarwal has also raised questions about Sia's alleged secret marriage. He says that if there was already a marriage between Sia and Chetan Choudhary, co-accused in the case, then why did her family try to fix her relationship with Ketan. This question is currently a part of his statement and doubt, whereas the further situation in the case will be clear on the basis of the evidence and charge sheet presented in the court.
