Nitin Nabin will reveal the new team before May 15, discussion on these names intensifies

After the completion of the assembly election process in five states, the picture of organizational change in the Bharatiya Janata Party is going to be clear. It is expected that the new team of the party’s national president Nitin Nabin will be announced soon. According to sources, the outline of the team is almost ready. However, the final decisions will be taken keeping in mind the election results, due to which changes in some names are possible.

Will young faces get responsibility?

According to the ongoing discussions within the party, a balanced mix of experience and youthful energy can be seen in the new team. It is being told that along with two to three experienced leaders, many new and young faces can be given the responsibility. After assuming the post of National President on January 20, Nitin Nabin was working with the old team till now, but now he wants to give a new direction to the organization by forming a new team under his leadership.

According to a senior BJP leader, the new team can be announced any time before May 15. Nitin Nabin is one of the youngest national presidents of the party. Therefore, the participation of young leaders in his team is likely to be high. Anurag Thakur’s name is being prominently mentioned in this list, who has good experience of working in both organizations and government.

Keeping in mind the politics of South India, the party can change its strategy in Tamil Nadu. Amidst fears of AIADMK’s worse-than-expected performance, BJP is considering adopting a ‘walk alone’ policy. In such a situation K. Annamalai can be given important responsibility in the central organization. Due to the complexities of coordination with AIADMK, he was earlier removed from the post of state president, but now his role can be redefined.

In West Bengal also the party is trying to further strengthen its organization. If the performance in the elections is better then a young leader from the state can be included in the central team. The final decision on this will be taken only after the election results are declared.

Discussion on Biplab Dev’s name

Apart from this, the name of former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Dev is also said to be included among the possible members. He has played an active role in election preparations in various states and his responsibility is considered important in view of the assembly elections to be held in Tripura next year.

In the new team where youth are likely to get opportunities. At the same time, some existing general secretaries can also be retained. Among these, the name of Sunil Bansal is prominent, who has played an important role in strengthening the organization in Uttar Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal. Apart from this, leaders like Vinod Tawde and Tarun Chugh can also be retained in the team keeping in mind their previous responsibilities and the upcoming elections.

Overall, efforts will be made to make the organization more effective by balancing experience and youthful enthusiasm in the new BJP team, so that the party’s position can be strengthened in the coming elections.
