Today a big chapter in the politics of Bihar has ended. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has resigned from his post. After the cabinet meeting, he went to Raj Bhavan and submitted his resignation letter to the Governor. After leaving the post, Nitish Kumar has made it clear that he is now freeing himself from the responsibility of the government, but the new government will always get his guidance and support for the development of Bihar.

After the resignation, Nitish Kumar shared a detailed post on social media platform ‘X’. Recalling the achievements of his tenure from 2005 till now, he wrote that ever since the NDA government was formed for the first time on November 24, 2005, his only goal has been to establish ‘rule of law’ and continuous development in the state.

With this, a new era is going to begin in the politics of Bihar. After the resignation of Nitish Kumar, Samrat Chaudhary will be the next Chief Minister of the state. His name has been approved unanimously in the BJP Legislature Party meeting. He will take the oath of office and secrecy at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday at 11 am.

Nitish Kumar wrote an emotional post on social media

Nitish Kumar has written an emotional message on the social media platform along with his resignation. On the decision of his resignation, he said, “We had decided that now we will leave the post of Chief Minister. We have served the public for so many years. Now the new government will look after the work here. My full support and guidance will remain.”

He said that his government has worked equally for every section of the society…be it Hindu, Muslim, upper caste, backward, extremely backward, Dalit or Mahadalit. Referring to the revolutionary changes in sectors like education, health, roads, electricity and agriculture, he described the empowerment of women and youth as the priority of his government.

Roadmap of ‘7 Nishchay-3’ for the future of Bihar

Sharing the vision for the next five years, he said that ‘7 Nishchay-3’ have been formed. He expressed confidence that in the coming time, Bihar will be included among the top states of the country. During this, Nitish Kumar expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the Center is getting full support in the development of Bihar.
