Where can you find the auto-reply feature of WhatsApp?
This feature is not available in the normal WhatsApp app, but in the WhatsApp Business app. It can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This feature is especially useful for shopkeepers, freelancers and small businessmen.

How to turn on auto-reply in Android and iPhone
For Android users:
Open the WhatsApp Business app and set up your business profile.
Tap on the three dots in the top right.
Go to Business Tools.
Select the option of Away Message or Greeting Message.
Compose the message, decide when to send it and to whom to send it.
Turn on Send Away Message and save the settings.
For iPhone users:
Open WhatsApp Business.
Tap Settings at the bottom right.
Go to Business Tools.
Select Away Message or Greeting Message.
Turn on Send Away Messages.
Set your message, time and recipient settings and save it.
If you want, you can write a message like this: “Hello! I'm busy right now. Will talk to you after 6 pm. Thank you for your message.”
What is the difference between Greeting Message and Away Message?
The work of both features is different.
Greeting Message: To welcome new customers or people contacting you again after a long time.
Away Message: To send a reply when you're not available or when someone messages you outside of scheduled business hours.
You can keep both the features on as per your need.
Can AI understand itself and respond on WhatsApp?
If you want your business account to answer customer questions with the help of AI, rather than just ready-made messages, Meta's AI Agent option may also be available for select business accounts.
For this, see the option of AI Agent in the Tools section in WhatsApp Business. If this feature is available in your account, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. After this, through the available AI Replies settings, it can be decided in which chats the AI will be able to respond.
Keep in mind that this feature is not necessarily available to all users. If you don't see the AI Agent option, your account may not yet have access to it.
