What kind of fake friendship club was running in Noida, girls were seen making them sit in the car and then looting started, this is how it was exposed

Noida Police Station Sector-24 has exposed an organized gang involved in looting and luring people in the name of fake friendship club. Taking action, the police have arrested two accused and three female accused, while a child molester has been taken into custody. Police have recovered the looted Fortuner car, two cars used in the crime and an illegal knife from their possession.

Police arrested the accused Omveer Yadav, Manjesh Yadav, Nidhi Yadav, Priyanka Yadav and Kajal alias Riya Yadav from near Rabbit Park located in Sector-54. A minor was also detained along with them.

How was the Friendship Club run?

During interrogation, the accused revealed that they used to trap customers by running fake friendship clubs online. Pankaj Yadav, a member of the gang, used to look for customers. After this, the female member would contact the customer and promise to meet him. During the meeting, the victim was made to sit in a car on the pretext of showing himself to be a girl and was taken to a deserted place where he was beaten and robbed. At the time of the incident, three-four people were staying in one car, while the rest of the companions were following in the other car.

The arrested accused Omveer told during interrogation that on the night of June 30, 2026, a Fortuner car of a person was looted from near the petrol pump of Sector-54. First the victim was made to sit in a Swift car, then his mobile was snatched and he was beaten. The accused got the mobile locked and transferred about Rs 18 thousand to various accounts through UPI. After this, they snatched the victim’s purse and car keys and fled with his Fortuner.

Who all got arrested?

Police investigation revealed that Omveer, Manjesh, Pankaj and Nidhi were present in the Swift car during the incident, while Jeetu Yadav alias Chhotu, Rishu Yadav, Priyanka Yadav, Kajal alias Riya and Abhishek Yadav were in the other Aura car. Police is raiding in search of absconding accused. Police have recovered the looted Fortuner car, Swift and Aura cars used in the crime and an illegal knife from the possession of the arrested accused. Further investigation is going on in the matter.
