According to media reports, Nothing may increase the price of this mid-range smartphone in India by up to ₹3,000 starting August 1st. However, the company has not yet officially confirmed this price increase. So, if you’re considering purchasing this phone, buying it at the current price could prove to be a profitable deal.
New prices may come into effect from August 1.
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, all storage variants of the Nothing Phone (4a) may become more expensive. According to the report, the 8GB + 128GB variant could be priced at ₹42,999, the 8GB + 256GB model at ₹46,999, and the 12GB + 256GB variant at ₹49,999. This means each model could see an increase of around ₹3,000 compared to the current prices.
Launch and current price
The Nothing Phone (4a) was launched in India in March 2026. At launch, it was priced at ₹31,999. The 8GB + 256GB variant was available for ₹34,999 and the 12GB + 256GB model for ₹37,999. Currently, the smartphone is selling at ₹39,999, ₹43,999, and ₹46,999, respectively. If the new prices are implemented, all variants will see an additional ₹3,000 increase in price.

Nothing Phone (4a) Display
The Nothing Phone (4a) features a 6.78-inch LTPS Flexible AMOLED display with a resolution of 1224×2720 pixels. This screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a 2500Hz touch sampling rate during gaming. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
For processor and software
performance, this smartphone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. It’s paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs on Nothing OS 4.1, based on Android 16. The company promises three years of Android OS updates and six years of security updates for this device.
Camera Features
For photography, the Nothing Phone (4a) has a triple rear camera setup. It has a 50MP Samsung GN9 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). Apart from this, there is also a 50MP Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto camera, which supports OIS and 70x Ultra Zoom. The third camera is an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor, which has a 120-degree field of view. Meanwhile, the phone has a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calling.
