Both taste and health will be present, not foods that are found on the go. Foods that are usually enjoyed are not healthy; Many people do not like the taste of healthy food. But today there is such a sweet recipe, which will instantly break this current idea. The name of the recipe is 'Oats Laddu' (Oats Laddu Recipe)! Rich in fiber, this sweet laddoo provides long-lasting energy to the body and is easy to make.
Materials
• Oats – 1 cup
• Almond, walnut and cashew nuts – 1 cup
• Coconut Korano – 1 cup
• Poppy – 1 tsp
• Raisins – 2–3
• Watermelon seeds – 2 tsp
• Cardamom powder – half teaspoon
• Whole sugarcane jaggery – 2 cups
• Ghee – 1–2 tsp
Preparation phase will start with poppy seeds. Soak poppy seeds in water for one hour. Then beat well. Dry roast almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts in a bowl. No need to use more oil or ghee. Once the almonds are roasted, take them out on a plate and let them cool.
Now heat a little ghee in a pan, fry lightly with oats on low flame. When the oats smell nice, take them out on a plate and let them cool.
Add a little ghee to the pot and stir the soaked poppy seeds. Keep that aside too.
Now grind dry roasted oats, grated coconut and roasted almonds together in a mixer. The taste of laddoos will be better if you keep it lightly grainy and not too fine. Grind sugarcane jaggery. Then mix roasted poppy seeds, watermelon seeds, raisins and cardamom powder well with oats and almond powder.
Apply little ghee on your hands. Then take small portions of the mixture and make round laddus in the shape of lemons.

What to do if the laddu is broken?
If the mixture does not curdle or breaks while making the laddus, reheat the whole mixture in a pan slightly. After it cools down a bit, shape the laddoos with your hands.
