New Delhi. Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the press conference on Sunday. During this, he said, BJP and allies, the entire NDA clan, many voluntary organizations and the people of the country together are going to run Seva Sankalp campaign across the country from 17th September to 17th October. We all know that 17th September is the birthday of Narendra Modi ji. First in Gujarat, then later across the country, BJP celebrated birthday as Seva Saptah from 17th September to 2nd October and in many places for a week.

But this year there is a special purpose, because after a long organizational process, on 7 October 2026, Modi ji's tenure as Chief Minister and Prime Minister is completing 25 years, and currently Modi ji's tenure is going on. So, very few leaders are found in this country, who have a record of continuous public service as the Chief Minister of the state and as the Prime Minister of the country.
Amit Shah said, this Seva Sankalp campaign will run in the entire nation, in every administrative unit of the nation, i.e. state and union territory. We are going to reach out to the public through the Seva Sankalp campaign in every district, every Lok Sabha, assembly constituency and every booth. Ever since Narendra Modi ji became the Prime Minister of the country, he introduced himself to the people of this country from the ramparts of the Red Fort as a chief servant.
To use the powers given by the Constitution to raise the standard of living of every poor through poor welfare, to use them to make the country a major economy, to use them to secure the country and by streamlining the internal security of the country, to resolve the many thorny issues pending for decades, to make the people determined to create such a developed India that by 2047, India will be first in every field in the entire world.
I believe that after independence, very few leaders have led the country in this manner.
Amit Shah said, in the political era of 2014-26, corruption, casteism and nepotism ended and the people of the country have moved forward in the direction of politics of performance. For the first time, a backbone foreign policy has been introduced to the people of the country. Be it our defense policy or foreign policy… its basis is India first, India's interest is paramount for us. The economy which was counted among the Fragile 5, is today in the top 5. The figures for the first quarter have just come, with a GDP of 7.8% we are on top among the major economies.
