On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, prayers were performed as per rituals on Thursday in power sub-stations and other technical institutions of Padrauna and surrounding areas. The power substation Padrauna power house was specially decorated. Officers and employees worshiped machines, tools and technical equipment amid Vedic chanting.
After the puja, Harikirtan and bhajan group were organized in the campus. During this, the employees prayed to Lord Vishwakarma for safety, success, happiness and prosperity in the workplace and prosperity of the area. In the end Prasad was distributed among the devotees.
