Pakistan Terror Attack: Pakistan has sown its own thorns! Big suicide attack in Tank district, 15 including 12 soldiers killed
The terrorism which Pakistan has been harboring and fueling for a long time, is now turning into Bhasmasur and attacking its own security forces. A gruesome and well-planned suicide (fidayeen) terrorist attack has taken place in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of north-west Pakistan. A total of 15 people, including 12 Pakistani Army soldiers, 2 policemen and 1 government official, died tragically in the blast of a vehicle laden with gunpowder. However, Pakistani Army claims that 12 militants (terrorists) have also been killed in retaliatory firing. How was the attack on the check post carried out? According to a statement by Pakistan Army’s media wing ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations), the incident took place at a joint security check post of the army and police in Tank district near the Afghanistan border. Failed infiltration attempt: The terrorists first tried to enter the premises by breaking the security cordon of the check post. The alert soldiers challenged them and fierce firing started from both the sides. Heavy collision with a vehicle laden with gunpowder: When the terrorists failed to enter inside, in their panic they crashed their speeding vehicle laden with explosives directly into the outer security wall of the check post. Horrific devastation: The explosion was so powerful that the entire building of the check post collapsed and many soldiers and policemen present there were buried under the debris, causing huge loss of life. Banned organization TTP took responsibility for the attack. The banned militant organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP / Pakistani Taliban) has taken responsibility for this deadly attack. TTP issued a statement claiming that its 4 suicide attackers carried out this entire operation. Immediately after the attack, the entire Tank district and surrounding areas have been sealed by the Pakistani Army and paramilitary forces and a massive search operation (‘Sanitization Operation’) is being conducted against the remaining terrorists in the area. Pakistan’s anger on Afghanistan again after the attack, Pakistan government and army have once again blamed the Taliban government of neighboring country Afghanistan. Pakistan says that TTP fighters are using Afghan soil as safe havens. From there they plan attacks in Pakistan and after carrying out the incidents, they run back across the border. However, the Kabul-based Taliban government has repeatedly rejected these allegations.
