Big relief to pensioners! Launched ‘PFRDA Pension Assistant’ Portal, now every complaint will be resolved within minutes
PFRDA Pension Assistant: Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released the notification for ‘PFRDA Pension Assistant’ Has launched an AI based grievance redressal platform named. Its objective is to provide an easy, accessible and transparent system to the subscribers of pension schemes covered under PFRDA for resolution of their complaints. This information was given by the pension regulator on Monday.
Pension regulator PFRDA said that this platform connects various channels related to pension services into a single digital system. Through this, digital services will be promoted in the pension sector and this is an important step towards providing better and convenient services to the citizens.
How is the portal helpful for pensioners?
‘PFRDA Pension Assistant’ It has replaced the old Central Grievance Management System (CGMS-Central Grievance Management System). This platform provides all services at one place through web, mobile and WhatsApp. With the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), multi-lingual support and automated processes, it makes it easier for pension customers across the country to lodge a complaint, track its status and get a resolution. Additionally, it strengthens the monitoring capacity of regulatory bodies and helps in making pension services more effective and transparent.
Facility to login with OTP
The pension regulator said that this new portal provides relief to pension customers from many problems faced in the old complaint management system. Now customers will not need to remember their PRAN login details. They will be able to login easily with the help of only their mobile number and OTP. If a customer has the same mobile number If multiple PRANs are linked to your account, they will all be visible automatically on a single login. This will make it possible for customers to access all their pension accounts easily and without any hassle.
‘PFRDA Pension Assistant’ To ‘Bhasini’ Has been linked to the platform, due to which it provides services in 22 Indian languages. Through this portal, customers can also register their complaints through voice.

Through this, the entire pension complaint system can be monitored in real time. The platform provides real-time dashboards, centralized monitoring, advanced data analytics and useful insights.
