The film is being counted among the grandest films of Indian cinema and its budget is said to be around Rs 1200 to 1300 crores. This is the reason why fans are keeping an eye on every small update related to this film. Now for the first time, a picture from the set of the film has gone viral on social media, which has created a stir on the internet.
In fact, till now Rajamouli was not allowing any picture or video to be leaked from the sets of his film. But the picture that went viral recently has increased the excitement of the fans manifold. A huge blue screen background is visible in the photo. Along with this, rocks and pillars of very finely carved stones are visible all around. It is being claimed that this set is part of the “Ugrabhatti Cave” sequence of the film.
According to reports, this special scene is related to Mata Chhinnamasta Devi. In Hindu mythology, Chhinnamasta Devi is considered a symbol of fierce power and self-sacrifice. It is said that this sequence is going to have great importance in the film. According to the story, Mahesh Babu’s character will be seen fighting an ancient and dangerous power. During this time he will reach the caves to seek the blessings of the Goddess.
It is being told that a slight glimpse of this sequence has already been shown in the trailer of the film, but now a more detailed look of the set has been revealed from the viral picture. The special thing is that this entire scene is being shot through blue screen technology, so that visual effects can be added on a large scale later.
Rajamouli is preparing this film in IMAX format. Therefore, shooting is also being done with high-end IMAX cameras. Earlier, it was reported that for a special sequence of the film, Rajamouli himself had reached the grasslands of Africa, where he had shot real-time footage of migratory animals.
The release of the film is scheduled for April 7 next year and the makers are preparing to make it the biggest visual experience of Indian cinema.
