PM Modi’s big message in Melbourne, mention of India’s economy, 5G, Gaganyaan and Operation Sindoor
Knews Desk- Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indian community at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. During this, PM Modi mentioned India’s economic progress, technology, space mission, strict policy against terrorism and the new phase of India-Australia relations.
In his address, Prime Minister Modi said that today’s India is moving forward with big goals. Giving the mantra of “Grow More, Achieve More”, he said that India is moving rapidly towards joining the top three economies of the world soon.

PM Modi said that on the basis of the strength and hard work of 140 crore Indians, India is continuously creating new records of development. He said that the country is no longer satisfied with mere achievements, but sets new goals and moves towards achieving them.
He said that rapid changes are taking place in the country to fulfill the dream of a developed India and in the coming times, India will play a stronger role in the global economy.
Preparation of Gaganyaan mission and space station
Referring to India’s space programmes, Prime Minister Modi said that the country is preparing for its first human space flight mission “Gaganyaan”.
He said that India is also working towards the goal of setting up its own space station in the future. To make the Gaganyaan mission successful, a plan is also being worked on to establish a space tracking terminal on Cocos (Keeling) Islands of Australia. PM Modi said that India is continuously making new achievements in the space sector and this sector will become an important part of the country’s strength in the coming years.
India’s achievements in 5G and startups
Referring to India’s digital progress, PM Modi said that India has become the second largest 5G market in the world. He said that technology and innovation are expanding rapidly in the country.
He said that India has emerged as the third largest startup ecosystem in the world. The youth of the country are making their mark at the global level through new ideas and technology.
Mentioned about Operation Sindoor
In his address, Prime Minister Modi also mentioned India’s policy against terrorism. Referring to Operation Sindoor, he said that the whole world heard its echo.
PM Modi said that terrorism is not the problem of just one country, but it is a threat to the entire humanity. He said that countries like India and Australia are facing this challenge together. Referring to global tensions, he said that any dispute can be resolved only through dialogue and diplomacy.
New strength to India-Australia relations
During Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Australia, many important agreements were signed between the two countries. These also include an agreement related to uranium export, which is expected to strengthen India’s clean energy campaign.
Apart from this, India and Australia will together develop “Critical Minerals Corridor” for important minerals. This is being considered a big step towards increasing strategic and economic cooperation between the two countries. Both the countries have prepared a roadmap to take bilateral trade to US $ 100 billion by 2030.
Message of development given to the Indian community
Addressing the Indian community in Melbourne, PM Modi said that Indians living abroad are carrying forward the culture and values of India. He said that the Indian community is an important link in the strong relations between the two countries.
