Political turmoil increased as Harbhajan Singh’s security was removed, CRPF deployed after Punjab Police

Tezzbuzz Desk- There was a stir in the politics of Punjab when a big decision regarding the security of Rajya Sabha MP and former cricketer Harbhajan Singh came to light. The Punjab government removed the police security deployed outside his house, soon after which the Central Government provided him CRPF security.

According to sources, 9 to 10 security personnel of Punjab Police and the government escort vehicle were withdrawn from his residence in Jalandhar. After this decision, CRPF personnel have now been deployed outside his house.

This development has come at a time when Raghav Chadha had claimed that Harbhajan Singh may also be among the leaders leaving Aam Aadmi Party. Since this claim, speculation has intensified in Punjab politics.

In fact, recently the news of many Rajya Sabha MPs of Aam Aadmi Party separating from the party and changing their political stance has further heated up the political atmosphere. These incidents are being seen as a big blow to the party leadership.

It is being told that the ongoing differences within the party have now started coming out openly, due to which questions are being raised on organizational unity. In such a situation, the matter of removal of Harbhajan Singh’s security and then getting new security from the Center is being considered very important politically.
