Taking aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement of 'mindless Naxal', he has spoken in support of those who question the government and express disagreement. Prakash Raj shared a video on X on the evening of 16 August, in which he gave a sharp reaction to PM Modi's remarks.
'Called those asking questions as Naxalites'
Prakash Raj said in the video that for a long time, those who question and express disagreement with the government have been addressed as 'urban Naxal', 'anti-national' and other names. Now they have been named 'mindless Naxals'. He said that it is not wrong to ask questions and raise questions on the functioning of the government.
Raised the issue of poor condition of government schools
Referring to the condition of government schools in his video, the actor said that those who are being called 'mindful Naxalites' are going to government schools in villages and exposing basic problems like toilets, classrooms, shortage of teachers and roads. He said that it is important to raise questions on these issues.
