Raipur News: Today, for the second consecutive day in the scorching heat of May, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai was on a surprise visit to remote villages. The Chief Minister arrived today at Lokhan Panchayat located in Pandariya of Kabirdham district. On this occasion, he inspected the works done under PM Janman Yojana in Baiga dominated Kamrakhol and set up his chaupal under the mango trees nearby. Seeing the Chief Minister in their midst, a crowd of villagers gathered. The faces of the villagers lit up as they cordially greeted the Chief Minister with Biranmala and lotus flowers. During this time, seeing Mahtari Shakti sitting in front, the Chief Minister asked how many millionaires has Mahtari become here? Many hands went up in the air simultaneously.

Expressing happiness, the Chief Minister asked everyone to move forward towards becoming millionaires. He talked to the millionaire sisters one by one. Here, while giving Mahua and Char brought from the forest as a gift to Chief Minister Sai, Kukdoor’s millionaire Didi Kachra Telgam told the Chief Minister to make nutritious laddus of Mahua and eat it, otherwise I will make it. Seeing his cordiality, the Chief Minister too became emotional and said with a smile that he will get it prepared at home and eat it. Kachra Telgam Didi installs centering plates in the Prime Minister’s houses being built in the nearby villages and from this she has earned an income of Rs 80 thousand in a year. She said that today, after seeing the Chaupal being set up, she gathered courage and reached there and gave Mahua and Char from the forest as a gift to the Chief Minister.

Dealer Didi Rajmat Bai Dhurve told that she works to supply material for the Prime Minister’s residence. He has earned a profit of Rs 2.50-3 lakh annually. Lakhpati Pashu Sakhi Shivrani Patel says that she took a loan for business from CIF associated with the group and planted vegetables in her farm. He was earning an annual income of Rs 1.5 lakh. This morning, as a thank you for the positive changes brought about by the scheme in his life, he presented vegetables from his farm in a basket to the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister also talked to all the Didis and encouraged them to work diligently and become financially empowered. Let it be known that there are 58 Lakhpati Didis in Lokhan Panchayat who are becoming financially empowered by joining various businesses.

Naming took place in Chaupal

Today Rishi Baghel also reached Chaupal with his infant child. Here he made only one request to the Chief Minister that his child should be named Chief Minister. While caressing the child in his lap, Chief Minister Sai asked when was he born? Then mother told that on Sunday. Looking at the child with affection, the Chief Minister named him Ravi Shankar Baghel and also gave him Rs 500 as a blessing. Pandaria MLA Bhavana Bohra also gave Rs 500 to the child as a blessing from her behalf. As soon as the Chief Minister named the newborn, applause echoed in the Chaupal.

Bright students reached Chaupal

Today, seeing the Chaupal of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai in Kamrakhol, a dependent village of Lokhan Panchayat of Pandariya in Kabirdham, Rajendra Masram and his father, who were passing by, also stopped. During the conversation, it was revealed that this brilliant child from Chirha has secured ninth position in the district in high school this year with 94.5% marks. The Chief Minister happily gave him a pen and asked him what he wanted to become when he grew up? On this he shared his dream of becoming an IAS when he grows up. The Chief Minister wished him all the best so that he can fulfill his dream. Here, a Class 9 girl from Baiga Basti of Kamrakhol also met the Chief Minister at Chaupal and told that today the Chief Minister had reached his residence built by PM Janman. She could not talk to the Chief Minister there, so she reached Chaupal. This year this girl Hem Kumari scored 75% marks in class ninth. HCM advised and congratulated him to study diligently further and gave him a pen.

Announcements in Baiga dominated village Kamrakhol

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today took information about the progress of government schemes by setting up a chaupal and was happy that beneficiaries even in remote areas are getting the benefits of government schemes. He announced deepening of Mission Pond in Kamarkhol (with tube well) on the demand of the villagers, Mitti Murum road from Ramkhilavan’s house to village Devsara (about 6 kilometers), construction of community hall, Muktidham shed and Mahtari Sadan (on the demand of women of self-help group). On this occasion, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Kumar, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister Rajat Bansal, Collector Gopal Verma, Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh, CO District Panchayat Abhishek Aggarwal and Rural Chaupal were present.
