Ayodhya: The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust on Wednesday appointed three new trustees as part of an administrative reshuffle related to the management of the Ram Temple.
The newly appointed trustees include Delhi-based Mahesh Bhagchandka, Ayodhya resident Madan Mohan Pandey and Nirmala Yadav from Shikohabad.
Mahesh Bhagchandka Linked To Ashok Singhal
Among the new appointments, Mahesh Bhagchandka's name has drawn attention due to his reported connection with late Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal.
The appointments were discussed during an important meeting of the Ram Temple Trust held at Mani Ram Das Chhawani, the residence of Trust president Mahant Nritya Gopal Das in Ayodhya.
Trust Discusses Vacant Positions
During the meeting, senior office-bearers of the Trust also discussed filling other vacant positions and strengthening the administrative structure of the organization.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is responsible for overseeing the construction, administration and management of the Ram Temple complex in Ayodhya.
Ram Temple CEO Announcement Expected Soon
The meeting is also expected to announce the name of the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Trust.
The CEO will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Trust and overseeing key activities related to the Ram Temple complex.
The formal announcement regarding the CEO is expected after the conclusion of the Trust's meeting in Ayodhya.
