Ravindra Jadeja has added another special record to his name in Test cricket. The Indian all-rounder became only the second Indian after Kapil Dev to complete the double of 4,000-plus runs and 350 wickets in the longest format.
Jadeja achieved this milestone during the Galle Test against Sri Lanka, where India continued their dominance on the third day.
Sri Lanka were bowled out for 284 in their first innings, giving India a strong 178-run lead. Jadeja played an important role with the ball and picked up three wickets in the innings.

Kapil Dev finished his Test career with 5,248 runs and 434 wickets in 131 matches. Ian Botham scored 5,200 runs and took 383 wickets in 102 Tests, while Daniel Vettori finished with 4,531 runs and 362 wickets in 113 Tests.
Jadeja has now reached the landmark in his 90th Test, with 4,108 runs and 350 wickets.
