Redmi 17 5G price and availability
In China, the company has launched its new smartphone in two variants – 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB. The 4GB + 128GB variant of the device is priced at CNY 999, which is around Rs 14,000, and the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 1,199, which is around Rs 17,000. The handset is currently available for purchase in China via Xiaomi’s online store. Customers can buy the smartphone in Cold Mist Blue, Feather Mist White, and Star Rock Black color options.

The Redmi 17 5G is a dual-SIM smartphone. It runs on Xiaomi’s latest Android 16-based HyperOS 3. The handset has been launched with a 6.9-inch HD (720 x 1,600 pixels) LCD touchscreen, which offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, a peak brightness of up to 800 nits, DC dimming, and Wet Touch 2.0. This allows it to be used even with wet fingers.
