RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat stone pelted on train; The attackers targeted the E-1

New Delhi : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Minister Mohan Bhagwat was traveling in Shatabdi Express, stone was pelted. He was traveling in Executive Class E-1 coach of Shatabdi Express. This train was going between Makhanpur-Firozabad. Meanwhile, stones were suddenly pelted on the box. The stone directly hit the coach in which the RSS chief was travelling, shattering the window glass.

On Thursday evening, some unidentified miscreants pelted stones on the high-speed train Shatabdi Express running from Lucknow to Delhi between Makhanpur and Firozabad railway stations. Due to this incident, the railway administration and security system were alerted. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat was also traveling in the same train. Fortunately, the RSS chief was not injured in the stone pelting.

Mohan Bhagwat was in E-1 compartment

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat was traveling in Executive Class E-1 coach of Shatabdi Express. While the train was traveling between Makhanpur and Firozabad, the coach was suddenly pelted with stones. A stone directly hit the coach in which the RSS chief was present, shattering the window glass. Fortunately, Mohan Bhagwat was sitting on the other side. The stone broke the glass of the window. For safety reasons, the train was not stopped in between and continued its journey.

Railway system on alert

As soon as the incident was reported, senior officials of the Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police were deployed at Tundla Junction with a heavy contingent. As the Shatabdi Express reached the platform at 7:34 pm, security was tightened.
