Lucknow: A video of CO City (DSP) Ashok Kumar Singh posted in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh is becoming increasingly viral on social media. The unique attitude and style of communication of the police officer who reached the postmortem house after a violent incident in Elau police station area is currently the biggest reason for discussion on the internet. In the video clip surfaced on social media, DSP Ashok Singh is seen pointing a finger towards the nameplate on his uniform. The people present at the spot also included some supporters of the local Samajwadi Party, with whom the officer had an argument over some issue.
Controversy started from postmortem house
According to the information received, a bus conductor had died after the firing incident that took place in Elau police station area. In this connection, during the postmortem of the dead body, DSP Ashok Kumar Singh had come to talk to the victim's family. DSP Ashok Singh said in a harsh tone to the people recording the video, make a video, make it very viral and give this video to Akhilesh Yadav. Immediately after this the officer stroked his mustache in a commanding manner and waved. He pointed towards the camera and introduced himself directly by showing off his moustache.
Frowning with his moustache, he said – 'Give it to Akhilesh Yadav'
Some people started making videos of the conversation between the police and family members with their mobile phones. At first the officer forbade the people making the video from doing so.
“Make it viral… give it to Akhilesh Yadav!”
See this style of CO City Ashok Singh of Mainpuri. The pomp of the uniform, the arrogance of power and on top of that the attention on the moustache!
Under Yogi Raj, UP Police is not accused of “Thakurism” and power-protected caste supremacy for nothing. When an officer sitting in uniform goes to the public… pic.twitter.com/42ag8dzWey
