Lucknow, 5 August 2026: A big revelation has been made regarding the Sambhal violence case in Uttar Pradesh. Today, the report of the Judicial Commission on the Sambhal violence was presented in the Assembly, which clearly states that the Sambhal violence was not an accident but the result of a pre-planned conspiracy. The report mentions the suspicious role of some people, including MP Zia-ur-Rehman Burk and MLA Iqbal Mahmood’s son Suhail Iqbal. The report has revealed that misleading and false information was deliberately spread among the Muslim community regarding the survey work, due to which the atmosphere became tense.
According to the report, on November 24, 2024, a large crowd gathered outside the Shahi Jama Masjid and the situation quickly turned violent. Four people died in this violent incident of stone pelting, firing and arson. However, the judicial commission has clarified that the bullets that hit the deceased were not fired from police rifles. A total of 28 policemen were seriously injured in this violent incident, out of which 7 policemen were shot. Not only this, the miscreants also tried to loot police weapons and government property. The judicial commission has described the action taken by the district administration and police as very restrained and effective. Special emphasis has been placed on respecting the court orders and following the law to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

CM Yogi Adityanath’s harsh attack on SP in the assembly
During the assembly proceedings, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack on the main opposition Samajwadi Party. CM Yogi said that continuously giving the assembly session the gift of uproar is a great injustice to the youth, farmers, women and the poor of the state. The Chief Minister said that the government had brought a supplementary budget of more than Rs. 59000 crore for the development of the state, so that new programs and schemes for the welfare of the poor could be started. But, due to the negative attitude and unseemly conduct of the Samajwadi Party, serious issues like self-reliance of youth, farmers and women could not be discussed in the House.
CM Yogi added that the government wanted to discuss important issues like increasing the wages of all classes including Anganwadi workers, cooks, village watchmen, women’s pension, disabled pension and old age pension. But due to the non-cooperation of SP, there was an attempt to obstruct these proposals. Despite all these obstacles, the government has passed supplementary demands in the assembly and in the coming time, work will be done quickly for the welfare of all these classes.
