According to technology corridors and leaks, the company is going to hold its much-awaited ‘Galaxy Unpacked 2026’ event in London next week on 22nd July 2026. Samsung’s next clamshell foldable phone Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 will be officially introduced in this mega event. Launch date and when is this phone coming? Samsung has already hinted that its Galaxy Unpacked event will be held in London on July 22. This event will start at 6:30 pm Indian time, which fans will be able to watch live on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel. Along with Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and the new Galaxy Watch 9 series will also be unveiled in this event. Expected Specifications of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8: Large and crease-free display: According to leaks, this new flip phone can get a 6.9-inch primary foldable AMOLED display with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 2,600 nits peak brightness. At the same time, its outer cover display can also be upgraded to 4.1-inch with 120Hz refresh rate. Processor and Performance: Samsung may adopt dual-chip strategy this time also. In the US market, it is expected to have Snapdragon 8 Elite Generation 5 chipset, while in India and European countries, this phone can come with Exynos 2600 processor based on 2nm architecture. In Europe, the expected price of its 256GB base variant could be around EUR 1,299 (approximately ₹1,41,000) and the 512GB model could be priced around EUR 1,499 (approximately ₹1,60,000).
