How to make cauliflower pakoda
So to make Ghobhi Pakoda, first cut the cauliflower into pieces and boil them.
When the Ghobhi is boiled, add all the spices like ginger, garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder, asafoetida, musk fenugreek, celery gram flour, rice flour or corn flour, asafoetida, salt and coriander leaves and mix it properly with light water.
Now heat oil in a pan, turn it upside down in the shape of a pakoda and cook till it becomes crispy.
When you have fried all the Ghobhi, then serve it with sauce or green chutney.
