“Significant fall in crude oil prices” New rates of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders released

New rates of LPG, CNG and petrol-diesel have been updated today (August 3) amid a slight lull in the ongoing tension between Iran and America. There is a softening in the prices of crude oil in the international market and crude oil is currently trading below $84 per barrel. Today, i.e. Monday, a decline has been recorded in the prices of Brent crude and WTI. In the morning, Brent crude was trading around $89.64 per barrel, cheaper by about $4, while WTI has also fallen by $4.19 to $80.48 per barrel. Know the latest prices of LPG cylinders

There has been no significant change in the prices of LPG gas cylinders in different parts of the country. Domestic cylinders are currently priced at ₹1,179 in Leh, ₹942 in Delhi, ₹950.5 in Gurugram, and ₹947 in Jaipur. In states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand, domestic cylinders are available in Bhopal for ₹970, while commercial cylinders are available for ₹2,746. In Lucknow, domestic cylinders are priced at ₹979.5 and commercial cylinders at ₹2,860.5. In Ranchi, a 14.2-kg domestic cylinder is available for ₹999.5, and a 19-kg commercial cylinder for ₹2,922. Furthermore, in Patna, domestic cylinders are selling for ₹1,040, while commercial cylinders are selling for ₹3,032.5.

No change in petrol and diesel prices

The country’s major state-owned oil marketing companies, including Indian Oil (IOCL), HPCL, and Bharat Petroleum, released new petrol and diesel rates this morning, as usual. The only relief is that no changes have been made to petrol and diesel prices today. At Indian Oil petrol pumps in the capital, Delhi, petrol is being sold at ₹102.12 per liter and diesel at ₹95.20 per liter.

In Kolkata, petrol is priced at Rs 113.51 and diesel at Rs 99.82 per litre, while in Chennai, petrol is stable at Rs 107.77 and diesel at Rs 99.55 per litre. In the financial capital Mumbai, the price of petrol is Rs 111.21 and diesel at Rs 97.83 per litre. Apart from this, in Patna, petrol is available at Rs 112.70 and diesel at Rs 99.87 per litre, in Jaipur, petrol is available at Rs 112.66 and diesel at Rs 97.78 per litre, and in Bhopal, petrol is available at Rs 114.65 and diesel at Rs 99.74 per litre.

CNG prices are also stable

Like petrol and diesel, CNG rates remained unchanged as of 6 a.m. According to the latest data on IGL’s official website, CNG prices in Delhi-NCR remained stable at ₹83.09 per kilogram.

The price of one kg of CNG in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad is ₹91.70. Furthermore, in Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, and Shamli, CNG is available at ₹91.58 per kg. In Gurugram, CNG prices remain at ₹88.12, while in Rewari, it is sold at ₹87.70, in Karnal at ₹87.43, and in Kaithal at ₹88.43 per kg. In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, the price of one kg of CNG is ₹94.42. In Rajsamand, CNG is available at ₹92.44, in Mahoba, Banda, and Chitrakoot at ₹89.42, and in Hapur at ₹92.70 per kg. In Hamirpur and Fatehpur, the price is ₹94.42, while in Ajmer and Pali, it is ₹92.44 per kg.
