New Delhi : BJP Leader of Opposition during monsoon session of Parliament Rahul GandhiA new front has opened up to catch Na in the dilemma. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has questioned Rahul Gandhi's foreign visits in the Lok Sabha and has demanded his removal from office. Dubey alleges that Rahul Gandhi has repeatedly made statements against India, the government and the constitution while abroad. On this basis, they have demanded that the government should set up an SIT to probe the entire case.
MP Dubey targeted Rahul Gandhi. He said, there is no transparency regarding Rahul Gandhi's foreign visits. Details of all his foreign tours from 2004 to 2026 are not publicly available. Also, there is no record of what he said there. Dubey made the demand at a time when opposition MPs are protesting at Parliament's Makar Gate to protest the police crackdown on students and demanding answers from Home Minister Amit Shah. Responding to this, Dubey said that before questioning the government, Rahul Gandhi should answer about his own foreign trips.
Stand against the government and the constitution
Dubey argued that when an opposition leader goes on a foreign tour, his role is akin to representing the country. He should strongly defend India's policies and democracy internationally, but Rahul Gandhi has always taken a stand against the government and the constitution.
Work to tarnish the image of India
He is the Leader of the Opposition and should have done his duty as a Prime Minister, but instead he has done the job of tarnishing the image of India. Due to this reason, BJP is preparing to propose the removal of Rahul Gandhi from the post of Leader of Opposition soon. Dubey also demanded that the government should set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate all foreign visits of Rahul Gandhi and clarify what he said abroad and for what purpose.
