In the video, Sonam Wangchuk said that physically, by fighting, by doing another strike within the strike, by lying on the ground, I had to use the strength that was left in me on the 20th day to come out. Friends, I am making this video with some sadness and surprise.

Sonam Wangchuk replied to the critics

After fasting for 26 days for my brothers, sisters and students, in which 11 kg of my body has been lost, muscles are gone, body organs and brain are almost damaged, after coming out of the bitter cold of Ladakh and fasting on the scorching earth of Delhi, will I have to take a character certificate from anyone that how sacred was my fast, why did I break the fast and at whose hands did I break it and by whom? Didn’t break it with hands. Now I am taking some fluids. I am continuously getting calls that I have made some deal to break the fast.

If there was a deal to be made, I would not remain hungry.

Sonam Wangchuk said that if I had to make a deal then what was the need to remain hungry for 26 days? If I had to make a deal, wouldn’t I sit in an AC room and do the deal? What was the need to stay here in the heat of Delhi? Shame on such a country, in which people with such thinking live, who talk such nonsense.

Sonam Wangchuk was being accused of making a deal with the government under the guise of a hunger strike. People say that they have made some secret deal with the government, that is why they have left the fast late at night.
