Kuala Lumpur, Southeast Asia’s largest airport by land area, confirmed the resting areas are at Anjung Tinjau on Level 5 of the Main Terminal Building, the CRS Area on Level 3 of the Main Terminal Building, and Gate C36 on the mezzanine level of the Satellite Building at Terminal 1, The Star reported.
At Terminal 2, the designated resting area is on Level 3A (Mezzanine Floor) of the Departure Hall, the airport said.

Eight Indonesian airports, including Soekarno-Hatta, remained closed early Sept. 7 due to volcanic ash from eruptions of Mount Anak Krakatau, AFP reported.
Soekarno-Hatta is the second busiest airport in Southeast Asia by seat capacity, according to data from British aviation firm OAG.
Located in the Sunda Strait between Java and Sumatra, Anak Krakatau has blanketed Jakarta and surrounding areas with ash since erupting late Sept. 4, prompting authorities to close Indonesia’s main airport for safety reasons, Reuters reported.
The eruptions sent ash as high as 6,000 meters over the Java side of the volcano and 15,000 meters over the Sumatra side and parts of Banten province in Java, the meteorological agency BMKG said on its website.
The volcanic ash has disrupted air travel, with about 170,000 people affected by flight cancellations.
