Knews Desk- A big update has come out regarding the film ‘Partition 1947’ being made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions. Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta will be seen in lead roles in the film, while now information about its entire star cast is also coming out. The makers have recently released the first look posters of some of the lead actors, which has further increased the curiosity about the film.

‘Mirzapur’ fame actor Ali Fazal will also be seen playing an important role in the film. He is seen in his long haired look. Apart from this, veteran actress Shabana Azmi is also a part of this project, although not much information has been revealed about her character yet, but it is believed that her role will be very important.

Sunny Deol’s son Karanvir Deol has also joined this film and his first look has also been revealed. Apart from these, actor Abhimanyu Singh will also be seen playing an important role in the film. The film is being directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, while Aamir Khan is producing it. Earlier the name of this film was ‘Lahore 1947’, which was later changed to ‘Partition 1947’.

The release date of the film has been fixed for August 14. Emraan Hashmi’s film ‘Awarapan 2’ is also going to be released on the same day, which will see a big competition at the box office.
