Its main entrance is connected to the Hanoi–Thai Nguyen Expressway and the secondary entrance linked to National Highway 37. The developer says the location provides access to Hanoi, Thai Nguyen City, Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong Port and the Huu Nghi-Lang Son border gate.
The project will include a 35 MVA power supply system, water supply capacity of 4,500 cubic meters per day and a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per day, along with fire protection and telecommunications systems.
The industrial park is expected to provide about 90 hectares of leasable industrial land for factories, warehouses and production facilities, as well as ready-built factories, warehouses and parking areas.
The developer will also offer services including legal and investment consultancy, design and construction, customs and logistics, green energy solutions, and recruitment and workforce training.
The project is aligned with a plan issued by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee in December 2025, which outlines the province’s industrial development priorities for 2026-2030, including greener and more advanced manufacturing.
